Processing and preserving of meat

This company is engaged in producing, processing and preserving meat and meat products. The registered head office of the company is located in Riudellots De La Selva, Spain. It was founded in 1969. The company is one of the leading slaughterhouses and cutting plants in Spain. Its processed and primary products include bag packed; vacuum on tray; vacuum packed; box packed; fore-end; leg; loin; belly; production; and offals. It sells pork products, live pigs, and feeds. In 2007 it inaugurated its new state of the art premises that occupies 35,000 square meters dedicated exclusively to slaughter and cutting of pork meat. Located in the outskirts of Girona, it is strategically situated near all major infrastructures with Barcelona's shipping port and airport all being within one hour away, as well as being only 30 minutes from the border with mainland Europe. With current volume of 7000 hogs per day, the company is one of the principal pork meat companies in Spain. This volume allows the company to manufacturer approximately 3.850.000 kilograms of meat per week.
